About us. Tervan is operated by Vistara Garments. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but slight variations in colour or texture (especially on garment-dyed pieces) are normal and not a defect.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Tervan name, logo, photography, and text — belongs to us and may not be reused without permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Tervan is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
