Refund policy

We want you to be certain about what you keep. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Write to us at info@vistaragarments.org with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll guide you through it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order once your return is confirmed.

Damaged or incorrect items. That's on us — write with photos and your order number, and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable. Final-sale items, and returns outside the 14-day window or without tags, can't be accepted.
